MSI began Showcase WindPad, which is also Based Tablet Windows and Android


Apart from Asus, MSI is also exhibiting two tablets in Computex product model is MSI WindPad WindPad 100 and 110. Both wore 10-inch touch screen but it has put on a very different machine.

MSI WindPad 100 uses an Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor with the OS Windows 7 Ultimate. This tablet features two USB ports, a webcam, and HDMI output port 720p. Weighs less than 1 kg, using 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. On this tablet MSI developed a program for easy navigation using the hands, called Wind Touch. According to Engadget WindPad 100 will be priced at 499 dollars and in 2010 became available late this year.

Another product is a tablet with Android OS 2.1 use NVIDIA's Tegra chipset called WindPad 110 2. These tablets also wore 10-inch capacitive screen, USB port, and video output. Yet this tablet is still in prototype form and certainly not when they are available. It is estimated (if produced) tablets will be sold at 399 dollars.
