Apple sued Because the iPad Overheat Problem


An owner reported by Bloomberg iPad sue Apple because the device is overheated and die when exposed to direct sunlight. The claim was registered in the federal courts in California and is being sought to reach a class-action status to demand compensation yag not mentioned.

It is said by the plaintiff that its iPad device too quickly overheat in ordinary weather conditions. It is said that the iPad can not meet consumer expectations in general for the Apple-made device.

Earlier this issue was also never complained, not long after the first iPad sold in early April. Some people preach this issue, including one editor of PC Magazine named Zach Honig iPad which says it has left her for 10 minutes in the sun when the weather is warm and within 10 minutes of the deadly iPad yourself with the message "iPad needs to cool down before you cans use it.
